I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education, receiving a Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling (a UKCP-accredited training).
I have worked with many clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds for 20 years and am experienced in helping individuals aged 18+ with a wide range of emotional issues.
I am professionally supervised and work within the ethical guidance of the BACP.
I previously had a career in advertising.
